Given the nature of guiding in Niseko, there is a high possibility for plans to change according to the weather. We like to be flexible about how we adjust our planning

Lift Access Power Tour 

Enjoy easy access guiding to the local stashes.

Ski the resort with the best snow and weather conditions each day with one of our experienced local powder guides.

Your guide will pick you up or meet you at the lifts to line up together and get the morning freshies.  

For multiple day bookings we adjust the plan to be able to be at the resort with the best powder so you just need to be here and leave the rest up to us.

Backcountry Powder Tour

Earn every turn og the possibly the best run of your life. 

Hike far away from crowded ski resorts and tick off some of the amazing mountains around the Niseko area.  

Our guide will make sure to adjust the plan to optimize your time in Niseko and get the best powder possible.

You will need backcountry essentials.

Our powder guides can take beginner level backcountry goers to explore new experiences or take the more experienced crew to get some more expert level terrain.

Mt Yotei Summit Expedition

Attempt to summit the beautiful volcano Yotei.

Try for the iconic Yotei Zan summit! It is the most notorious mountain in the Niseko area! It boasts the longest runs around and also the longest hike! We pride our knowledge and understanding of the vast terrain Mt Yotei has to offer. Our guides are not only equipped with deep knowledge of the terrain but also the weather. Book a Yotei tour with us and we will pick the best available day to give it a crack!

Central Hokkaido

Check out Hokkaido's biggest mountains.

Daisetsuzan national park, also known as Kamuimintara as it is called in the Ainu language, is Japans largest national park. and is situated right in the heard of the island.

Here, roughly 4 hours drive from Niseko you can find plenty of big mountains and steep terrain.

 

The snow is colder, drier and usually alot less tracked out than Niseko, you can usually find powder right through until April.

Equipment List 

Lift Access Day Essentials: 

  • Powder Skis or Snowboard. 

  • Ski Poles with powder baskets: For snowboarders, collapsible poles will be required.

  • Ski/snowboard wear:

  • Down Jacke

  • Spare thermals (If you are a sweater a dry layer to change in is essential.)

  • Facemask/Balaclava - We recommend that you wear or carry a facemask and neck warmer.

  • Gloves - Please choose warm and well fitting gloves for skiing

  • Hiking gloves/Glove liners

  • Goggles - Bring goggles with high light and low light lenses if possible. 

  • Sunglasses: For the hike.

  • Avalanche safety equipment and minimum 20L backpack: beacon, shovel, probe -  Rentals are ¥5,000 per day. 

  • Snacks: We generally stop on the way but it is always good to have some snacks ready to go for the missions. 

Backcountry Day Essentials: 

  • Touring Skis, Splitboard or Climbing snowshoes - Skis with touring bindings and skins, or a split board with skins , with a regular snowboard you can also use snowshoes. If you don't have your own these you will need to rent some at least a day before the tour)

  • Ski Poles with powder baskets: For snowboarders, collapsible poles will be required.

  • Ski/snowboard wear: Wind and water proof hard shell is ideal. 

  • Down Jacke

  • Spare thermals (If you are a sweater a dry layer to change in is essential.)

  • Facemask/Balaclava - We recommend that you wear or carry a facemask and neck warmer.
